At Small Batch Bites, I focus on real, everyday food: simple bowls, grilled skewers, and fresh salads inspired by the comfort food I grew up with. Everything is thoughtfully made, quick to enjoy, and rooted in tradition.

A warm, satisfying meal that brings together nostalgic comfort and fresh, bold flavor.

Saturday Morning Rice — $8
Fluffy jasmine rice stir-fried with seasoned egg, scallions, and my housemade seasoning blend. This is the kind of rice you made for yourself when your parents left early for work and you were home alone watching Saturday morning cartoons — simple, warm, and just a little salty in the best way.

Build Your Own Bowl — $15
Choose a base and a protein:
– Bases: White Rice or Fresh Greens
– Proteins: Grilled Chicken Balls (scratch-made, glazed with sweet & sour sauce)
     OR Fish Balls (grilled, with sweet & sour glaze)

Salads:
– Lao House Salad — $8 (fresh greens + my housemade Lao dressing)
– Simple Salad — $6 (fresh greens + ranch)

Drinks:
– Housemade Soda — $4 (Refreshing cucumber mint or lime mint soda. Flavors rotate.)
